Strongest Creature in Sonaria: Top 20 by Damage (2026)

Updated 2026-09-08 · Last verified 2026-09-08 · Roblox Creatures of Sonaria

The three highest-damage creatures in Creatures of Sonaria are Arachyu, Hygos and Whispthera, tied at 650 damage. That number comes from the game's own creature stat table, the 4 September 2026 revision, which carries 481 released creatures with 51 fields each and no missing values.

That answers the literal question but not who wins a fight: 650 damage on a 1.5 second bite cooldown delivers less over a sustained exchange than 500 damage on a 0.6 second one. Every figure below is read from the table rather than judged, and the data version is printed so the ranking can be checked and so you know when it goes stale.

The 20 highest-damage creatures

Damage has a value for 481 of 481 creatures. Minimum 10, median 200, maximum 650.

Eleven of the top 20 are Tier 5, eight are Tier 4 and one is Tier 3, so size correlates with damage without deciding it. Fifteen are carnivores, but three herbivores appear, including Buff Eulopii at 525. The top is also flatter than a ranking implies: positions 1 to 3 are a three-way tie, and positions 15 to 19 tie at 500.

How rare a high damage number is

The distribution matters more than the top row, because it tells you what a number means when you meet it on a creature page.

Only 3 creatures reach 650, 7 reach 600 or more and 19 reach 500 or more. Widening the band, 47 creatures reach 400 and 117 reach 300. Half the game sits at 200 damage or below, so anything at 400 is already inside the top tenth of the roster.

The second damage field

The stat table carries a second damage figure, damage2, and most creatures do not have one. It is filled on 60 of 481 creatures and reads N/A on the other 421. Where a value exists it ranges from 100 to 500 with a median of 250. It is higher than the creature's main damage on 27 of those 60, identical on 18 and lower on 15.

The dataset records this simply as a second damage value and the infobox gives it no documented label, so what triggers it is not something this page will assert. What can be said is that it changes who looks strong. Only two creatures appear in both the damage top 20 and the damage2 list: Sigmatox at 520 and 400, and Feral Korathos at 495 and 193.

Geoptxina is the sharpest example: 150 main damage, below the game median, alongside 385 in the second field. Any ranking reading only the first column files it in the bottom half.

What damage alone does not settle

Three other fields decide how much of a damage number reaches an opponent, and all three are in the same table.

Bite cooldown is measured in seconds, runs from 0.3 to 1.6 across the roster with a median of 0.8, and the top 20 damage creatures have a median of 1.2. Big hitters bite slowly. Dividing damage by bite cooldown gives a ceiling on sustained output, and it reorders the list. That division is our own arithmetic on the 4 September 2026 table, not a field the game publishes, and it assumes every bite connects, which no fight guarantees.

Turn is the time taken to turn, so a lower number is more agile. The roster median is 3; the damage top 20 median is 5. Arachyu, joint highest-damage in the game, sits at 7, the worst value in the dataset.

Stamina is an endurance ceiling with a separate per-second regeneration figure. The roster median is 100; the damage top 20 median is 75. The table publishes no per-action cost, so read stamina as a budget for pursuit and disengagement rather than as a cost per bite.

Jabblebashhe ranks 18th on raw damage and first on this measure, because a 0.6 second cooldown is half the top-20 median. Whispthera ties first on raw damage and lands twelfth here. Across the full roster the same arithmetic puts Therimorse at 608.3 and Skulderouge at 570.0, on damage figures of 365 and 285, and neither is in the damage top 20 at all.

Damage and health together

A damage number is only useful for as long as you survive to use it. Health has a value for all 481 creatures, from 500 to 17,000, median 3,750. Sixteen of the 20 highest-damage creatures clear that median.

Four drop out: Archinax at 2,500 health, Erridea and Taurolystris at 3,250, and Fabráashé at 3,500. All four are high-damage creatures with below-median durability, a different kind of pick rather than a worse one. Full health ordering is on the tankiest creatures page, where Feral Korathos ranks 17th despite topping this combined list.

Two rows repay a look. Kohikii pairs 600 damage with 6,500 health and a sprint speed of 131, the highest in this group by a wide margin, on a Tier 4 body. Arachyu pairs the maximum damage with 7,200 health and the worst turn value in the dataset.

Tier is size, not strength

The game's Tier 1 to 5 scale means Tiny, Small, Medium, Large and Enormous. The official community wiki states that size is only sometimes proportional to damage and health, and the table bears that out precisely.

TierCreaturesDamage medianDamage maxHealth medianSprint median
1 Tiny5077.51501,400141
2 Small741204001,975128
3 Medium126192.55003,107.598
4 Large1312606504,55081
5 Enormous1003006508,00069

The medians rise with size, and the exceptions are numerous rather than rare: 56 creatures outside Tier 5 beat 300 damage, the Tier 5 median. Whispthera is Tier 4 and matches the highest damage in the game, and Archinax is Tier 3 with 500. Going the other way, 20 of the 100 Tier 5 creatures fall below the game-wide median of 200, the lowest being Novus Warden at 30. Treating a Tier 5 label as a strength rating gets those cases backwards. The size classes are set out on the tiers page.

What this ranking cannot see

The stat table does not describe hitboxes, model geometry, attack reach or how a creature handles, and none of that is invented here. Abilities are listed in the data but not scored by any of these rankings: Arachyu carries Grab and Harden, Whispthera carries Life Leech with Bleed Attack and Necropoison Attack passives, while Hygos and Jabblebashhe have no activated abilities at all. A creature with fewer damage points and a control ability can beat one with more. The abilities page lists what each creature carries, including the 89 with Grab and the 42 with Invisibility.

Every SS/S/A/B/C list published for this game, PocketGamer's included, is that site's editorial opinion and cites none of these 51 fields; its author states the list is "for guidance only". Ours is arithmetic on a published table, which is checkable and also narrower. Both have limits, and ours are printed. The method is set out on the tier list.

This site does not cover trading values or worth. Accurate valuation lives inside two trading platforms' private marketplace data, which we cannot source, so we do not guess at it.

Data version: the creature stat table revision of 4 September 2026, 481 released creatures, 51 fields, no missing values. When that table changes, this ranking should be re-run rather than patched.

Frequently asked questions

What is the strongest creature in Creatures of Sonaria?

By the damage field alone, three creatures tie at the top with 650: Arachyu, Hygos and Whispthera. That is the highest value in the game's stat table as of the 4 September 2026 revision, and no creature is listed above it. Damage on its own does not decide a fight, though, because bite cooldown, health and turn rate all change how much of that number connects.

What is the highest damage number in the game?

650. Damage runs from 10 to 650 across all 481 released creatures, with a median of 200. Only 3 creatures reach 650, only 7 reach 600 or more, and 19 reach 500 or more. Everything else in the game sits below the halfway mark of that range.

Does the highest damage creature win a fight?

Not automatically. Damage is one field out of 51. Jabblebashhe deals 500 on a 0.6 second bite cooldown, while Whispthera deals 650 on a 1.5 second one, so Jabblebashhe puts out more damage per second of uninterrupted biting despite the lower headline figure. Health, stamina, turn rate and abilities all decide whether those bites ever land.

Is Tier 5 the strongest tier?

No. Tier is body size, not power: Tier 1 to 5 means Tiny, Small, Medium, Large and Enormous. The official community wiki says size is only sometimes proportional to strength, and the table proves it. The Tier 5 damage median is 300, yet Archinax is Tier 3 with 500 damage and Novus Warden is Tier 5 with 30.

What is the second damage value some creatures have?

The stat table carries a second damage figure, damage2, on 60 of 481 creatures. The other 421 have no value at all. Where it exists it runs from 100 to 500 with a median of 250, and it is higher than the main damage figure on 27 creatures, identical on 18 and lower on 15. The dataset records it as a second damage value without a rendered label, so this page reports the numbers and does not assert what triggers it.

Which creature is strongest for both damage and survivability?

Of the 20 highest-damage creatures, 16 also sit above the 3,750 median health. Feral Korathos leads that combined group on health at 10,750 with 495 damage, while Arachyu, Kendyll and Ghartokus pair 600 or more damage with 7,000 or more health. The four that drop out are Archinax, Erridea, Fabráashé and Taurolystris.
